Brown County Barn Burner

This place is amazing. We stayed in 3 east and west. It is beautifully decorated and has so many extras to keep all ages occupied!! Our family so enjoyed the roof top patio and ling tables for breakfast and games. Kara, Tanglewood Hideaway, made communication easy and does a great job to keep up on events and local happenings in a monthy basis.

Kara, the host, has created stunning spaces filled with charm, character, and all the modern luxuries. Each suite is beautifully designed with thoughtful details to make your stay relaxing and worry-free. Since the suite is well stocked and the communication is top notch, packing is always a breeze! The location couldn’t be better to explore the picturesque little town of Nashville. The Barn Burner is ideal for big groups with its rooftop patio, event space, and spacious suites. I especially love soaking up a beautiful evening out on the rooftop while making s’mores together over the firetable. I just got home from attending my third amazing Reignite Retreat with Kara at the Barn Burner. Her thoughtful approach to hosting is really taken to the next level at the women’s art retreats she hosts! Even though I live in just the next town over, I come home feeling so refreshed and inspired after my stay. The Barn Burner is my favorite little get away!

My third stay at Barn Burner was perfect as always! 3 West is amazing! Comfy beds, well stocked kitchen, incredibly clean bathrooms. I could go on, it’s that lovely! You will NOT regret staying here.

We hosted our family’s Traveling Reunion here last week. Rented the whole barn burner and the event space. Everyone loved it!! The apartments are very clean and stocked with everything you need. I slept the best I ever have when I was there. Very comfortable bedding. The upstairs patio was a tremendous hit. We were able to relax and visit well into the night. The event space was perfect for our gathering spot with the rest of the relatives that were staying elsewhere. There were 47 of us all together. Great place to host a family reunion! Wonderful, clean, relaxing decor.

This was our third year staying here and the stay was fantastic. This year we had 17 guys stay at the Barn Burner for 4 nights on a biking trip. We did both mountain and road. The accommodations were incredible for this type of trip. All the bikes were stored in the event space which was a great place to keep them while also having Brown County bikes in the same building. We used the outdoor space in the evenings for dinner and thoroughly enjoyed the fireplace. The apartments are top notch with everything you could possibly need. Thanks Kara!

3-East was above our expectations!!! We had a group of 8 girls and it was very spacious with plenty of room to enjoy our girls weekend. The bedrooms and bathrooms were so nice and we loved all the decor. The outdoor deck was perfect and we used it a lot. We were also steps away from all the shops and restaurants. We were so blessed to have found the amazing place. The owners were THE BEST on communication on checking in/out and all the information you will need during your stay. Thanks again for a wonderful weekend!!!!!

I organized an executive retreat for 12 people. Great facility for our event. The event space was clean, spacious, and more than enough tables, chairs, etc. that we needed. The Ice Maker was a very nice surprise. We were there from 8am to 5pm and it worked out great. The outdoor / rooftop common space was very easy for us to meet and relax. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The kitchens were well organized and also had everything we needed. It was very nice that they provided the coffee, filters, etc. Kara emailed us with every detail we needed to get into, use, and leave the place. Just a very nice experience. Made me look good choosing this location.

We recently rented the Brown County Barn Burner for our family Christmas gathering, and it was absolutely perfect! Our family of over 20 people had a wonderful time, and we couldn’t have asked for a better venue. The property is immaculately clean, and the location is fantastic—close to everything, yet private enough to feel like a peaceful retreat. We especially appreciated the multiple Airbnb units that allowed everyone to have their own space while still coming together for meals and celebration. Kara, the host, was incredibly communicative and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was flawless. We live just a mile away from the Barn Burner, but we chose this space because we wanted to give our family room to spread out and relax for a few days without hosting in our own home. It was truly the best decision! Whether you’re traveling from near or far, we highly recommend the Brown County Barn Burner for any large gathering. It’s the perfect place for making lasting memories.
